Squats, triceps, and abs

Monday was not so bad. Saying that my tummy hurts, my arms hurt, and my legs hurt. They did not hurt on Monday, but today is Wednesday and I am in a bit of pain!

I did lunges, shoulder presses, triceps pulls, squats, more squats, chest presses, squats on the bosu, ball throws on the bosu, sideways sit ups, and ball passes. Then because I finished my workout early (yup did each of those exercises twice and finished before 30 minutes was up), I got to do more triceps using the rubber band jump rope thingy! (don't know it's name--elastic band?)

After the workout I actually made it to Luis' first baseball game of the season and did not feel so bad. Of course today it hits. I coughed and my tummy fought back. But it is a good pain and things will be fine :)

Oh my GOSH you do lots of stuff in each workout!! Geez!!

After doing all that stuff I am surprised you could still lift your glass at happy hour!! :)

Becca--Yup 30 minutes--I find it amazing how much you can fit it all in.
