To my faithful readers:
My training appointment for next week is not until Friday. Erin is out of town and then with things on my schedule the earliest we can meet is Friday. So I train Friday at 5 pm and then again the following Monday at 5 pm. So if it all works out there will be two posts quickly, but nothing until Friday or Saturday :)

Thanks...I was worried! It is a beautiful night for a walk tonight...not that I am going to, I'm just saying. I'll be sitting on my butt watching NCIS! Maybe I'll do leg lifts in my recliner!
