I went back to the gym this morning and did a lot of what I learned on Tuesday night. I had forgotten at least one (will have to see what that is) and could not get on the machine for the obliques due to two others using that. I did do the crunches and the plank (that one only once versus twice). Then at work today I had to go up and down the stairs twice. Yikers that hurt. Haven't made the trip upstairs here at home yet, but hoping it goes well. My thighs are just killing me right now :)

Nice work!! I was very surprised to see 3 new posts today!! You will be very excited when this gets easier.
p.s....I'm told that even if you are WAY to sore to move, you should try to at least do some slow walking - it will help loosen up those poor muscles! Sitting on the couch is always a good option, too. :)
I am finding that if I move it helps me recover more--who knew :) Didn't make it there today, but might take a walk tomorrow since the weather is supposed to be nice :)
