Went Well

Hi all,

Monday went well even though I was exhausted. I flew back from a weekend at home on Monday and got back about an hour before I had to be at the gym.

Monday was more of a weight workout so it went pretty well. I started out with lat pulls at 60 pounds, then triceps pulls (not sure of the weight), and then 2-legged ball wall squats. Repeat. Then I did rows at 65 pounds, weighted squats, and inverted flies. Repeat. Then I did 10 front lifts, 10 right oblique lifts, and 10 left oblique lifts. Then it was bar lifts and bar bend overs. Repeat.

We then did abs. (I say we, but really, I did abs.) I did fish out of the water (my name for them hee hee) for 30 seconds, then one sided crunches (each side), and then flutter kicks. Repeat.

I am a little sore, but not so bad this week.

The time change and all this darkness has made me very tired. I just need to keep going so I stay in practice. I did make it to the gym this morning, but not yesterday so hopefully I make it tomorrow and the next day.

This dark weather does make it harder to get motivated. But, we'll get used to it...by Spring! Way to go!!

So looking back through all your blog posts....can you believe you've done all these crazy intense workouts?? Nice work!!

Becca, I so agree. It amazes me on how bad I felt at the beginning. Now I can actually do things and have a life after the workout!! Just amazes me on how much I get done in 30 minutes and how much better I do feel :)
